Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any item you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, simply click on the 'Checkout' button. Next you will be asked for a few details necessary for completing the order.

If you buy 3 pieces from the same fly, you will get our sale price. We also offer free shipping in EU countries on order for 99 euro or more.


We accept PayPal payments, which can be used by paypal account holders. People who don't have paypal account, simply using their credit or debit card through paypal services.

We also accept bank transfer payment. In this case the customers pay in avans the value of the goods.

Receiving an order confirmation means that your order has been registered with us. It doesn't mean however that there is an existing contract between us yet.  
All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase, unless we instruct you otherwise. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change anytime due to variable currency exchange rates.  
Shipping And Handling
Altough we make everything possible to ship the orders as soon as possible. Delivery to the EU mainland ususally takes up to 2-9 working days, but this can be a bit more for remote areas. 
We also ship to almost all mainland Europe as well within theese timetables.


We use the following carriers to ship our orders from Romania:

*For shipments within Romania we work with ROMANIAN POST OFFICE and FAN COURIER

*For shipments within the E.U. we work with ROMANIAN POST OFFICE and GLS/PARCEL FORCE
*For shipments outside the E.U. we will use third party shipping companies.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and resolve the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that the proof of delivery, supplied by our delivery company, is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UE 19% VAT is included.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no questions asked guarantee.
All products come with the manufacturer 's warranty. BorisFly.com  offer the manufacturer 's warranties and we are responsible for all our products . The customer and the manufacturer should handle all warranty issues directly between themselves.

BorisFly.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods undamaged within 14  days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting your order number. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. This cancellation policy also applies when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically excluded from the terms to such an extent as to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Terms of delivery:
We use Romanian Post and GLS shipping services for delivery of the products directly to your adress. 
The shipping costs are added directly to your basket prior to products purchase. Borisfly offer free shipping in EU countries on orders for 99 euro or more.
The delivery takes about 2-9 working days in EU.
Returns and Refunds:
We seek the satisfaction of our customers and so our services are customer oriented.
Our whole policy is consistent with romanian law OUG 130/2000 and O.U.G. nr.174 / 2008 for online and distance sales.
Every customer has the right to cancel the order without any reason, and should contact us via email before returning the product.
We will refund the full amount paid for the product within a 30 day time period, counting from receiving back the item. Refunds made through PayPal will be directly credited to buyer’s PayPal account.
Initial shipping is not refundable. Moreover, the shipping costs for returning the product shall be covered by the buyer.
The customer has the responsibility to verify the integrity of package on the time of arrival. In case the package is damaged or incomplete, please refuse to sign it and file the Post or GLS complaint report
We will not refund damaged packages without the above-mentioned Post or GLS report. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.
How to return or exchange an item:
Place the original package in a different box or ship the initial package with product labels intact.
Include the invoice and the reason for return. In case of failing to do so, please include a written explanation.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original packaging.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
