| Returns and Refunds: |
| We seek the satisfaction of our customers and so our services are customer oriented. |
| Our whole policy is consistent with romanian law OUG 130/2000 and O.U.G. nr.174 / 2008 for online and distance sales. |
| Every customer has the right to cancel the order without any reason, and should contact us via email before returning the product. |
| We will refund the full amount paid for the product within a 30 day time period, counting from receiving back the item. Refunds made through PayPal will be directly credited to buyer’s PayPal account. |
| Initial shipping is not refundable. Moreover, the shipping costs for returning the product shall be covered by the buyer. |
| The customer has the responsibility to verify the integrity of package on the time of arrival. In case the package is damaged or incomplete, please refuse to sign it and file the Post or GLS complaint report |
| We will not refund damaged packages without the above-mentioned Post or GLS report. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. |
